FOOD NOT BOMBS serves free vegan food every Saturday at 6pm near the corner of 1st and Madison. While unthinkable masses of edible food are discarded daily, countless numbers of people are going hungry. In attempt to salvage some of this "waste," we collect food from stores and markets that would otherwise be thrown out, sort through for the perfectly useable stuff, and prepare free vegan meals to be served to homeless and low income people in west downtown Spokane.
